In most cases, orders received in our shop by 1:00pm (in the recipient's time zone) will receive same-day delivery, during our standard business hours. Whenever possible, we attempt to accommodate all same day delivery requests; however, it is possible that orders received after 1:00pm may actually be delivered the following day.

At peak holiday periods, we deliver as late as the volume of business dictates.  Though we strive to complete home deliveries prior to 6:00pm, at such times later evening deliveries may occur out of necessity.

We cannot guarantee timely delivery of orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery information (this includes phone numbers).  We also cannot guarantee timely delivery of the order if the recipient is not home to receive the flowers.

In reasonable weather conditions, and in locations we feel to be “safe”, we may occasionally leave deliveries unattended at the recipient's door.  In these situations, we will use our best professional judgment unless instructed otherwise.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop direct at 1-800-390-3480.  Most international deliveries have product minimums starting at $50, (varies in differing countries), and service and delivery charges totaling $27.50.  We are unable to accept international orders over the internet at this time

KMD Florist personally delivers to the following local towns:

Albion, Belgrade, Benton, China, Clinton, Fairfield, Oakland, Rome, Sidney, Shawmut, Smithfield, South China, Vassalboro (all of them), Waterville and Winslow.

A $12.95 charge will be added to any order going outside of our local delivery area. You will see this charge listed in the delivery fee segment of your order.  This is a combined charge that actually reflects our local wire service fee, and the delivery fee for the florist who will physically be delivering the order.  Please feel free to contact our shop with any questions.
